Terms of service

Hello, I offer layaway with minimum monthly payments of $200. If that is something you are interested in, I use Square and can invoice monthly.  All I need to set that up is your name and email address.  This option does not allow flexibility in payment amount or frequency, but it does offer payment delays/holds with no penalty.  Please know that deposit payments for custom orders are non-refundable should something change because this amount is used to purchase the needed supplies and reserve your slot. 

If you would like to more flexibility without interest, I would recommend using split pay at checkout. There is 180 days to pay with zero interest you can break up the payments however you would like.   If you would like something even more flexible, Shop Pay is available at checkout.  This option pays me right away and gets the doll process started.  There are fees involved which are credit based.

Payments

We accept Credit/Debit Card Payments as well as Paypal, Split Pay, and Shop Pay. 

You may be charged local sales tax, if applicable.  If we are unable to complete the transaction, Customer Care Services may contact you directly to update your account information. We are not responsible for any fees or charges that your bank or credit card issuer may apply. If your bank or credit card issuer reverses a charge to your credit card, we may bill your account directly and seek payment by another method including a mailed statement. The risk of loss and title for items purchased by you passes to you upon our delivery of the items to the carrier. Replacement of products and credits to your account for shipped merchandise claimed as not received are subject to our investigation, which may include postal-service notification.

Liability and Content

Opinions, advice, statements, offers, or other information or content made available through the service or otherwise online regarding the company’s products, but not directly by the company are those of their respective authors. Such authors are solely responsible for such content. The company takes no responsibility and assumes no liability for any user content that you or any other user or third-party post or send over the service under no circumstances will the company be responsible for loss or damage resulting from anyone's reliance on information or other content posted on the service or transmitted to users. The company reserve the right to cancel orders and refund customers' money because of pricing errors (or for any reason). The company reserves the right but has no obligation to monitor the materials in the public areas of service or to limit or deny the users access to service or take other appropriate action of its users which we deem unlawful offensive abusive harmful or malicious. The company shall have the right to remove any such material.
